1. Who we are
NeDzat is a cloud SaaS platform that helps businesses manage and automate customer communications (multi-channel inbox, workflows, AI replies, CRM/webhook integrations, analytics, and related features).

2. What data we collect
We collect only data needed to provide and secure the Service.
2.1 Account & workspace data
- Name/company name (if provided), email, phone (if provided)
- Password (stored as a secure hash), security settings
- User roles, workspace/tenant identifiers
2.2 Communications & integrations data
If you connect channels such as WhatsApp/Telegram/Instagram or others, we may process:
- Incoming/outgoing message text, comments, and related content
- Metadata: timestamps, conversation/message IDs, account/page IDs, delivery/read status (when available)
- Media (images/videos/files) if you enable receiving/storage/processing of media
- Integration settings: access tokens, keys, page/account IDs, webhook URLs, verification tokens
Important: In many cases, we process communications on behalf of our customers (the businesses using NeDzat). Customers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful basis/consent for their customer communications.
2.3 AI features data
If you enable AI replies/AI assistant:
- Message/comment content sent for generation
- Your prompts/instructions, templates, knowledge base content you provide (if enabled)
- Diagnostic and quality logs (e.g., errors, latency) to operate and improve the feature
2.4 Payments data (if applicable)
- Billing details (e.g., plan, invoices, transaction IDs, payment status)
- We do not store full payment card details; those are handled by the payment provider.
2.5 Technical data
- IP address, browser/device information, cookies
- Usage logs within the panel (audit logs)
- Security and error logs
3. How we use data (purposes)
We use data to:
- Provide and operate NeDzat features
- Connect and run integrations (WhatsApp/Telegram/Instagram, CRM/webhooks, etc.)
- Generate AI responses when enabled
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain security and prevent abuse/fraud
- Billing and payments (if applicable)
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal bases
Depending on your jurisdiction, we process data based on:
- Contract performance (providing the Service)
- Legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement)
- Consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies)
- Legal obligations
5. Sharing of data
We may share data with:
- Infrastructure/hosting providers (servers, storage, CDN) to operate the Service
- AI service providers (only if AI features are enabled, and only the content necessary)
- Payment providers for billing (if applicable)
- Customer-configured recipients (e.g., your CRM/webhook endpoints) when you enable such integrations
- Authorities when required by law
We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards and contractual protections where applicable.

We keep data:
- for as long as your account is active and needed to provide the Service, and
- longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
Retention may vary depending on your settings and plan.

We use technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, tenancy isolation, monitoring, backups). No system is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on law, you may request:
- access, correction, deletion
- restriction or objection
- data portability (export)
- withdrawal of consent (where consent applies)

NeDzat is not intended for children under 13/16 (depending on jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion:
- Log in to NeDzat → Profile → Delete account.
- Disconnect the relevant channel (Instagram/WhatsApp/Telegram).
- Use Delete history/data (if available) or email office@satubooster.kz with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your workspace/tenant ID and account email.
- We will process deletion within a reasonable timeframe unless legal retention applies.
